I believe each child is an individual with unique needs, interests, abilities and backgrounds.

By nurturing each child in a positive manner, children have the opportunity to build a sense of responsibility, self-discipline and self-esteem.

Children learn by doing and through play.  They are creating and building knowledge, confidence and independence through their daily experiences.

I have high expectations of all children and believe children are competent and capable learners and are active contributors to their own learning.

It is important to provide children opportunities for discovery through self-selected experiences and encouraging the development of children's abilities to observe, perceive, explore, investigate, imagine and problem solve.

Teaching is about fostering reciprocal and responsive relationships between children, families and the community.

Having twins and starting preschool is an extremely hard thing to do.  Once I met Suzie, she made me feel so relaxed and at ease.  She reassured me that they were in great hands.  She was attentive to their needs and was constantly working on new, exciting and fun ways to teach the children.  She made a true bond with my boys and they loved going to school to see her.  - Stacey S

You are an amazing teacher who has inspired my children to look at the world with wonder!  - Amy C.

Suzanne is an exceptional teacher.  She provides children with unique and fun learning experiences; empowering children to become confident and capable learners.  Suzanne does this with love and compassion for children, families and colleagues.  - Sarah M.

Suzanne is a true advocate for the youngest members of the community.  Her knowledge and dedication ensures all children are supported to grow and thrive as they begin their lifelong learning journey.  - Caity W.
